Cookie policy
Effective from: [launch date of the new website]. Which cookies we store and how to change your consent.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and tracking pixels work in a similar way; in this policy we call them all "cookies". The controller of data collected through cookies is DKSKA Sp. z o.o., which runs Matygowa Osada (details in the Privacy Policy).
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit we show a banner. Without your consent we use only necessary cookies, and Google and Meta tools run in consent mode (Google Consent Mode v2): they do not store their cookies and do not link the visit to you. The "Necessary only" button is as easy to use as "Accept all". We remember your choice for 12 months, and it also applies to the booking system (booking.matygowaosada.pl). You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the page footer.
3. Cookies we use
Necessary (always on, Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Law)
- mo_zgody (matygowaosada.pl): remembers your choice in the banner, 12 months.
- mo_utm (browser session storage): campaign parameters (utm_*) from the address you arrived with, passed on to the booking system; deleted when you close the tab.
- Booking system cookies (booking.matygowaosada.pl): booking and payment session, until the end of the session or up to 24 hours.
- Cloudflare security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance): protection against bots and attacks, up to 30 minutes, or up to a year after verification.
- Stripe (on the payment page): fraud prevention for online payments, according to Stripe's rules.
Analytics (with consent)
- Google Analytics 4 (ga, _ga*): statistics of visits, traffic sources and bookings, 13 months. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.
Marketing (with consent)
- Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw): measuring ad performance and conversions, 90 days. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.
- Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc): campaign measurement and ads on Facebook and Instagram, 90 days. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Google Tag Manager, which loads the tools above, does not store cookies itself.
4. Third-party content
Services linked from the website (e.g. Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram) store their own cookies when you use them. Their rules are described in those services' policies.
5. Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may make booking difficult.
6. Changes
When we add a new tool, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
