What time is check-in and check-out?
Your house is ready from 16:00, check-out is by 11:00. We email the door code on arrival day, once the stay is paid. If you need to leave later, let us know in advance.
How do payment and cancellation work?
You pay a deposit of 50% when booking and the balance 14 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to {freeCancellation} days before arrival. Terms may differ between offers; full details: Deposit of 50% of the price when booking, the rest no later than 14 days before arrival. Payments are not refunded on cancellation.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, dogs and cats by prior arrangement. The fee is 100 PLN per pet per stay, plus a refundable security deposit of 1,000 PLN. This is the only case in which we take a deposit.
And with small children?
Children under 2 stay free in their parents' bed. Let us know in advance and we will get the house ready.
How do we book the hot tub?
When you book, or later in My Booking, by 8 pm the day before. The water takes several hours to heat.
What are the house rules?
Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am. No smoking indoors. Parties are not allowed. The fireplace takes wood only, with the door closed, and is never left unattended.
How do we get here in winter?
By the same road as in summer. Mountain winters call for extra care, though: bring snow chains, and always apply the handbrake when you park by the house.
How old must the person booking be?
At least 26 on the day of arrival.
